Quality Area 1: Educational program and practice
At Budding Sproutz Miniversity, we believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning. We use the Early Years Learning Framework to create a child led educational program with all aspects of our program maximising learning opportunities. Our play-based curriculum is based around each individual child celebrating their unique learning journey.
Quality area 2: Children’s health and safety
We believe in upholding stringent health and hygiene practices to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of all of our children and families. We promote healthy lifestyle values and safeguard the protection of each child entrusted into our care. We recognise the importance of healthy eating for the growth, development, and wellbeing of young children and are committed to promoting and supporting healthy food and drink choices for our children. We believe in providing a positive eating environment that reflects dietary requirements, cultural and family values, and promotes lifelong learning for children
Quality area 3: Physical environment
We have a modern purpose-built centre designed to ignite imagination and spark curiosity. We support inclusivity of each child, providing our children with broad opportunities to experience, learn and interact both inside our classrooms and outside in our play spaces.

Our team is passionate about providing high-quality education and care, inspiring children to develop a love for learning. We uphold our commitment to professionalism and are industry leaders in the continuous cycle of professional training, ensuring your child is cared for and educated by the best quality professional educators.

We are deeply committed to fostering a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where children, families, educators, and the community feel a sense of belonging, being valued and respected. We recognise that every child is unique, and we build strong relationships based on trust, care, and open communication.
Quality area 6: Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
We know that family is the child’s first and foremost important relationship. We respectfully support this vital connection as we become your home away from home. We will listen, include, involve, communicate, collaborate, empathise and treat one another with kindness. The diverse cultural representation of our families, educators and community, as well our First Nations cultures, are incorporated within our curriculum and learning environments.

We believe in continuous improvement and staying at the forefront of early childhood education. Our team regularly reflects on and refines our practices, ensuring they are innovative, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices in early learning. By embracing new ideas and research, we advocate for the importance of early childhood education.
OUR STAFF
Our staff are recruited through a rigorous and consistent screening and selection process to ensure they display the right personal qualities and experiences to provide high quality supervision and care to children. All staff are required to provide a current Working With Children Check before beginning employment and maintain/hold a current WWCC as a condition of their employment.
Our Learning Environments
Our learning environments are named after Noongar native plants and wildflowers.
